What we collect

We collect the information you choose to submit: name, email, X profile, region and language, contribution plan, supporting links and role-specific community or follower information. The form does not request payment, wallet secrets or a wallet connection.

How we use it

LOOP uses application details to evaluate eligibility and contribution plans, prevent duplicate submissions, and contact applicants about their application. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, an NFT or rewards.

Who can see it

Application records are stored in a private database for authorized internal reviewers. Your email, contact details, review status and review team are not displayed publicly. Approved public profile display is a separate cooperation step; applying alone does not add you to the public KOL wall.

Storage and anti-abuse

Records are stored using the website's hosting and database provider. A short-lived daily digest derived from your IP is used for submission limits; the raw IP is not stored in application records. Essential browser storage remembers your language preference. No advertising analytics is used on this website.

Corrections and deletion

For a correction or deletion request, contact LOOP through the official X account and include your application reference. The team may ask you to confirm control of the contact details used in your application. @looplabsmeme ↗

Google Forms

If an application opens in Google Forms, Google also processes your response under its own privacy terms. LOOP's response sheets and reviewer access remain private.
