M E M E C O M M U N I T Y / C U L T U R E / I N F I N I T Y 05 1.1 BNB Chain & USD1 Ecosystem Positioning LOOP aims to build a USD1 Super MEME Community on BNB Chain. Communities provide the organizational foundation; curated MEMEs are the focus of joint creation; the platform token connects ecosystem incentives; and USD1 is integral to the settlement and liquidity direction. 1.2 The Community Consensus Experiment LOOP explores how dispersed communities can move from competing for attention to building together. Each retains its brand, members, assets and culture while sharing tools, growth opportunities and economic participation in a unified network. 1.3 Three Core Pillars Pillar Approach Purpose Scarce Issuance Select projects, manage issuance cadence and allow time for preparation and operations. Focus attention on a small number of curated projects. HOOK Innovation Explore programmable trading and incentives through a library of mechanism experiments. Differentiate at the rule level, not merely through a new name. Community Connection Connect leaders, holders and creators for cross-community building. Extend a single act of outreach into lasting relationships. 1.4 The Community Economy Participation Cycle Community onboarding → content and asset discovery → eligible holdings participate in Mining → receive LOOP → voluntarily participate in curated MEMEs and NFTs → trading tax supports liquidity and public good → serve a wider community.

M E M E C O M M U N I T Y / C U L T U R E / I N F I N I T Y 06 2.1 Independent Community Onboarding & Coexistence LOOP does not require communities to migrate. They may continue using Telegram, Discord and other channels while establishing their own pages, resources, knowledge bases, administrators and asset access points on LOOP, adding services, collaboration and economic connections. 01 Establish Community Identity Set up brand details, member-service information and administrative permissions while preserving the community’s culture. 02 Connect Knowledge and Assets Build a knowledge base, bind the correct chain and full asset contract address, and apply for the Mining whitelist. 03 Organize Member Onboarding Help members understand the rules, check eligibility and return through ongoing content and activities. 2.2 Brand Communities & Mining Communities Type Focus Participation Brand Communities Culture and identity around a project, MEME, intellectual property or institution. Announcements, discussions, knowledge and associated assets. Mining Communities Building, tasks, activities, collaboration and community growth. Organize meaningful participation around shared goals. Users may join multiple communities. Groups can be collapsed; community names and member counts are visible before joining, while chat is available after joining. Community onboarding and asset Mining approval are separate. More group memberships do not duplicate asset-based Mining Power.

M E M E C O M M U N I T Y / C U L T U R E / I N F I N I T Y 07 2.3 The L1–L9 Growth System Community levels range from L1 to L9, reflecting real members, activity, content, tasks and collaboration. Levels measure organizational growth; asset weights define Mining settings; individual Launch eligibility governs access to specific projects. L1 L2 L3 L4 L5 L6 L7 L8 L9 Dimension Focus Real Members Member quality and deduplicated participation, rather than group size alone. Meaningful Activity Sustained discussions, tasks and collaboration; repetitive posting is not a substitute for contribution. Content & Building Accumulated knowledge, project services, activities and verifiable deliverables. Daily activity counts a user who logs in and posts at least once that day. Reward eligibility is assessed separately. Level thresholds, observation periods and weight mappings are published in the community growth rules. 2.4 Referral Growth & Cross-Community Building Onboarding recommends approximately five matching communities, with ordinary messages muted by default. Recommendations, joint discussions, content distribution and activities help certified communities reach relevant new members. Multiple communities can prepare the narrative, Q&A, visuals, content and activities for the same curated MEME. Growth is retained as member relationships and collaboration records, not promised as a fixed acquisition multiple.

This is a supply ceiling, not a weekly issuance obligation. Selection, content preparation, community education and post-launch operations together define the curation standard. Culture & Organization A clear cultural narrative, real organizers, participating communities and identifiable project responsibilities. Assets & Operations Transparent asset arrangements, content and activity plans, and people accountable for long-term operations. 3.2 The Project Lifecycle 01 Preparation & Community Warm-Up Publish the narrative, organizers, community base, asset arrangements and launch schedule. 02 Eligibility & Participation Verify the whitelist, NFT or other applicable eligibility; review limits, fees and access status. 03 Phased Launch-Market Access Expand participation through the Priority, Community and Public stage framework. 04 Graduation & Migration Once graduation conditions are met, close launch-phase trading, establish external liquidity and confirm market status. 05 Sustained Building Update community content, Mining weights, NFT benefits, mechanisms and fund-execution records.

LOOP also includes a Stake LOOP route to Launch eligibility. The relationship between these routes is published in each issuance’s rules. Area What to Verify Priority Eligibility Applicable NFTs, snapshot addresses, staking conditions or other explicit access requirements. Open Rounds Actual opening times and status for Priority, Community and Public rounds. Limits & Fees Per-address participation limits, applicable fees, used allowances and net execution. Execution Results Approval to participate, transaction submission and final execution are shown separately. Priority eligibility does not guarantee an allocation or automatically place an order. Different qualifications are not assumed to be jointly mandatory, nor does any credential imply unlimited participation. 3.4 Graduation, Migration & Ongoing Operations Meet Conditions › Close Launch Market › Establish Liquidity › Confirm External Market Graduation changes the issuance stage; it does not confirm a profit. Reaching a threshold, completing migration and having actual market depth are distinct states. After migration, projects continue community collaboration, content updates and economic disclosures. Pools, routes, fees, migration conditions and exception handling are included in the issuance specification before launch. Both eligibility and market status should be available to check.

M E M E C O M M U N I T Y / C U L T U R E / I N F I N I T Y 10 4.1 Community Holdings-Based Mining Established crypto communities may apply to include their core assets in LOOP’s Mining Power asset system. Once approved, eligible wallet holdings generate Mining Power for platform token allocation without requiring community tokens to be staked in a contract. Verify Asset Eligibility › Identify Eligible Holdings › Calculate Effective Power › Check & Claim 4.2 Higher-Weight LOOP MEME Mining Curated MEMEs launched by LOOP can serve as platform Mining Power assets with higher Mining weights. Holding a project’s MEME therefore connects its community identity with LOOP’s platform incentives. Actual rewards depend on eligible holdings, reference prices, asset weights, total effective network power and token emissions. A higher weight is a participation setting, not a promise of fixed output or asset prices. 4.3 Asset Admission & Reference Prices Criterion Verification Focus Community & Project Community quality, project organization, user quality and sustained building. Market & Asset Liquidity, price stability, the correct contract and on-chain identification. Reference Price Time-weighted averages, multiple sources, liquidity constraints and anomaly detection. Assets with the same name do not automatically share eligibility. Mining reference prices calculate reward weights rather than simply using a briefly inflated spot price. No lock-up requirement does not mean there is no asset-price risk.

It supports ongoing collaboration within the community economy, rather than promising returns independently of products, communities and use cases. Role Place in the Ecosystem Mining Rewards Distribute platform tokens to participants who meet the rules. Asset Participation Generate base Mining Power under the asset rules in effect. Launch Eligibility Join curated launches through a project’s published staking or eligibility mechanism. Ecosystem Liquidity Receive applicable trading tax allocations and build verifiable liquidity. Two Parallel Participation Paths Users with eligible assets can participate in holdings-based Mining. Those without such assets can begin by contributing content, translations, testing, activities and outreach. Contribution rewards are organized around defined tasks, accepted deliverables, budgets and claim conditions. Referral relationships, group counts and repetitive posts do not directly create fixed token income; identity records do not replace real contributions. Total supply, allocations, emission schedules, cycle start dates and rules for combining benefits are disclosed separately in the tokenomics and incentive rules. Revenue subject to the allocation rule serves two public purposes: community public good and LOOP platform token liquidity. 20% Community Public Good Community-led charitable action 80% Platform Token Liquidity Adding LOOP liquidity 6.2 The Community Public-Good Mechanism Community-led public-good efforts maintain public records of projects, budgets, execution and evidence. Binance Charity is among the intended avenues of collaboration; specific cooperation and project execution are disclosed through announcements. Budget allocations and actual spending are recorded separately. 6.3 Platform Token Liquidity Development Liquidity funding follows a complete execution chain: receipt, conversion or pairing, actual liquidity addition and management of liquidity positions. Trading pairs, paired-asset sources, execution timing and administrative permissions should be public. Adding liquidity is neither a direct dividend to holders nor a buyback-and-burn. 20% / 80% describes the use of trading tax revenue, not buy or sell tax rates. It does not cancel independent participation benefits such as Mining or NFTs.

Trigger A completed candle closes down strictly more than 10%: (O − C) / O > 10%. Activate Suspension starts with the next candle. No retroactive charge applies if the trigger candle was not already under suspension. Persist Small down candles and dojis maintain suspension. An intraperiod recovery does not directly end it. Exit Suspension ends only after a completed up candle: C > O. Restart After exit, wait for a new completed candle with a decline strictly greater than 10%. Not a Trigger A close down exactly 10% does not trigger suspension. Neither does an intraperiod 12% drop if the closing decline does not exceed the threshold. Not the Same as Exit A zero surcharge during a candle can coexist with suspension. Only a completed up candle ends it; recovery to the pre-drop price is not required. Suspension neither halts trading nor protects prices; any buffering effect depends on changes in participant behavior.

Outside suspension, d = 0. During suspension, a 3% decline from the current candle’s opening price produces a 3% additional sell tax. If the decline narrows to 1%, the rate falls to 1%. At or above the opening reference, the additional rate is zero. Each new candle resets the opening reference; declines from earlier candles are not accumulated. Sale Accounting Calculation Base Fee G × b Additional Sell Tax G × (1 − b) × d Net Sale Proceeds G × (1 − b) × (1 − d) G is gross sale proceeds, b is the base fee rate and d is the additional sell tax rate. Calculate the base fee first, then apply the surcharge to the remaining proceeds. Illustrative Accounting For G = 1,000, b = 1% and d = 12%, the base fee is 10, additional tax is 118.80 and net proceeds are 871.20. The 1% rate is illustrative; gas, other routing costs and slippage are excluded. The experiment does not impose a 50% cap on additional tax. In extreme declines, surcharges may be high and net proceeds substantially reduced. Quotes should show gross proceeds, the base fee, surcharge and estimated net proceeds. A zero rate is not an exit. Execution rules specify the price source, pricing time and treatment of periods with no trades.

M E M E C O M M U N I T Y / C U L T U R E / I N F I N I T Y 22 7.4 A Complete State-Transition Example The following prices illustrate state determination only, not historical trades in any MEME. Each candle uses its own opening reference, and the state and dynamic tax rate are calculated separately. 01 / 0–5 Minutes O = 100 → C = 88 Closes down 12%. No retroactive charge: this candle was not under suspension. Activation begins with the next candle. Inactive → Pending Activation 02 / 5–10 Minutes O = 88 P: 85.36 → 87.12 → 88.44 → 87.56 Tax: 3% → 1% → 0% → 0.5%. The candle closes down; suspension continues. Suspension Continues 03 / 10–15 Minutes O = 87.56 → C = 88.00 The opening reference resets. Suspension ends after the completed up candle; price need not return to 100. Suspension → Exit The Core State-Determination Rule Completed candles determine triggering and exit. The current price during suspension determines the additional rate. An intraperiod recovery, a zero tax rate and an exit from suspension are distinct events.

M E M E C O M M U N I T Y / C U L T U R E / I N F I N I T Y 23 7.5 Buyer Reward Calculation & Allocation The suspension experiment collects actual additional sell tax for the relevant period into a reward pool and allocates it in proportion to eligible purchase amounts. Rewards come from collected funds, not newly created returns. Reward = R × Individual Eligible Purchases ÷ Total Eligible Purchases R is the pool actually collected for the period; total eligible purchases must exceed zero. Buyer Eligible Purchases Reward Share Example Reward A 1,000 10% 100 B 3,000 30% 300 C 6,000 60% 600 Total 10,000 100% 1,000 The example assumes R = 1,000, all purchases qualify and amounts use the same unit. It illustrates proportional allocation only, not a settlement currency, actual participants or return level. Settlement Information to Verify Funds Actual receipts for the period and the distributable reward pool. Eligibility Eligible addresses, counted purchase amounts and applicable periods. Results Individual shares, rounding, amounts claimed and remaining claimable balances. Experiment rules define reward periods, eligibility during zero-tax periods, gross versus net purchase accounting and fund handling when there are no eligible buyers. Rewards may be smaller than losses from price declines, slippage and fees.

Users first confirm the project, pool and their eligibility, then claim according to actual settlement status. Estimated balances are not assets already received. 01 Check Before Trading Select a MEME or pool and review suspension status, dynamic tax, reward periods and eligibility. For a sale, verify estimated net proceeds. 02 Verify After Buying Review trades, beneficiary addresses, cumulative eligible purchases, the current pool and estimated share. 03 Confirm After Settlement Confirm that the period has settled; reconcile claimable balances, claimed amounts and the corresponding ledger. 04 Submit a Claim Connect a wallet, submit the claim and verify the transaction result. The claim page is also accessible through the LOOP App. Estimated › Settled › Claimable › Claimed Claim Status Must Match Fund Outcomes Addresses, chains, contracts, reward periods and claim status must correspond. Not open, unsettled, ineligible and already claimed are distinct states; a button alone does not mean funds are claimable.

Joining a community does not require first purchasing LOOP. With Eligible Assets Verify the assets and wallet, check eligible holdings and Mining rules, and review settlement and claim status. Without Relevant Assets Start with content, translation, testing and activities. Those interested in curated launches can then review eligibility, fees and risks. 9.2 Onboarding for Community Leaders 01 Preserve the Community’s Own Ecosystem Keep existing groups, brands and assets; establish a LOOP page, knowledge base and management access. 02 Apply for Economic Connections Bind the core asset, apply for the Mining whitelist and explain the new participation route to holders. 03 Organize Services & Joint Building Coordinate member experiences, content, AMAs, activities and cross-community projects, building observable operating records. Long-Term Value for Community Leaders Gain operating tools, member services, referral exposure and opportunities to build together. LOOP adds community capabilities rather than requiring communities to abandon their existing asset identity.

Growth does not automatically remove the one-launch-per-week ceiling. Lasting value relies more on retention and collaboration. Each Participation Is the Start of the Next Collaboration. Preserve community relationships and building history; keep curated projects connected to the platform economy. 10.3 Long-Term Vision & Indicators LOOP’s long-term vision is to connect millions of crypto users in a wider network of community assets and collaboration. Curated projects work toward valuations at the USD 10 million scale. These ambitions are not price guarantees for each launch, and platform discussions are not exchange-listing commitments. Dimension Key Indicators Community Quality Active communities, deduplicated participation, retention and cross-community collaboration. Assets & Issuance Eligible assets, real on-chain participation, graduations and sustained post-launch operations. Incentives & Economy Actual Mining distributions and trading-tax, public-good and liquidity execution records. Products & Mechanisms Service availability, mechanism release status, and traceability of data and funds. A larger network means stronger organization, product services and long-term building.
